1. Order Cancellation
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as preparation begins immediately to avoid food wastage. We kindly request customers to review their orders before placing them.
- Once food or liquor is prepared or sent, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Return Eligibility
You may receive a refund if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The order was not delivered.
- The item was damaged or spoiled.
Returns are not provided if:
- You change your mind after delivery
- Delivery failed due to the wrong address or unavailability.

- Returns are made to the original payment method.
