1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as preparation begins immediately to avoid food wastage. We kindly request customers to review their orders before placing them.

  • Once food or liquor is prepared or sent, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Return Eligibility

You may receive a refund if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was not delivered.

  • The item was damaged or spoiled.

Returns are not provided if:

  • You change your mind after delivery

  • Delivery failed due to the wrong address or unavailability.

3. Return Process

  • Returns are made to the original payment method.
